Warranty
Cal Flame extends a warranty to the original purchaser at the initial location of delivery, given proof of purchase, that each Outdoor Gas Grill, when used under standard residential conditions, remains free from defects in both workmanship and materials for the durations outlined below. Please note that this warranty does not apply to grills utilized in rental or commercial settings. Rust, corrosion, oxidation, or discoloration, which might arise from moisture or excessive heat, are excluded unless they render the component non-functional. Labor or related expenses are not covered. A shipping and handling fee will be applied for the delivery of warranty replacement parts.

Any liability of Cal Flame under this warranty is limited to said repair or replacement. This warranty excludes the standard wear of parts and damage stemming from any of the following: negligent usage, operation with an improper fuel/gas supply, disregard of operating guidelines, or modifications by anyone other than our authorized service center. Please be aware that the warranty duration is not prolonged by any repair or replacement.
